Shipping Policy
Last updated: 21 July 2026
At Grace & Arthur Cambridge, we understand how exciting it is to receive your new fashion pieces. We aim to process and deliver every order as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Below you will find important information about our order processing, shipping and delivery process.
1. Order Processing Time
Once your order has been successfully placed, we will begin preparing it for shipment.
Orders are normally processed within:
1–3 business days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where tracking is available, this email will include your tracking information.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received your confirmation email.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is:
1–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the selected product and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, we will deliver your order within 30 days after the order has been accepted.
3. Shipping Method and Order Fulfilment
At Grace & Arthur Cambridge, we offer a carefully selected range of fashion pieces without holding every product in large quantities at one location.
Some products may be prepared and dispatched directly by one of our trusted fulfilment partners.
Orders delivered within the United Kingdom are normally handled by Royal Mail. In certain circumstances, another suitable local delivery partner may complete part of the journey.
Because products may be dispatched from different fulfilment locations, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels.
You will not be charged additional shipping costs solely because an order is divided into multiple parcels.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer:
Free standard delivery throughout the United Kingdom
If any optional premium delivery method becomes available, its cost will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Any unavoidable delivery charges, taxes or additional costs known to us will be shown before you place your order.
5. Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email after your order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may take several business days to update after the parcel has been handed to the delivery carrier.
You can follow your parcel using:
- The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Our online order-tracking page
- The relevant delivery carrier’s tracking service
Depending on the delivery service, your parcel may be:
- Delivered to your address
- Left in a nominated safe place
- Delivered to a neighbour
- Redirected to a local collection point
Please monitor your tracking information for the latest available updates.
6. Possible Delivery Delays
Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur because of:
- High-demand shopping periods
- UK bank holidays
- Severe weather
- Royal Mail or carrier disruption
- Customs or import procedures
- Incomplete delivery information
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
If we become aware of a significant delay, we will provide an update where reasonably possible.
A delay does not automatically mean that a parcel has been lost.
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us at:
Our customer care team will review the available information and assist you.
7. Correct Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.
Please check the following carefully:
- Full name
- House number and street
- Town or city
- Postcode
- Country
- Email address
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at:
We will try to update the address where possible. However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has entered processing or been transferred to a fulfilment partner.
Grace & Arthur Cambridge is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
8. Failed or Unsuccessful Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may:
- Attempt delivery again
- Leave the parcel in a nominated safe place
- Deliver it to a neighbour
- Redirect it to a collection point
- Return it to the sender
Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery notifications and collecting parcels within the period specified by the carrier.
If a parcel is returned because it was not collected, the address was incomplete or delivery was refused, contact us so we can review the available options.
Reasonable reshipping or return costs may be deducted or charged where legally permitted.
9. Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around your property and any safe places
- Ask members of your household
- Check with nearby neighbours
- Review any delivery photograph or carrier notification
- Contact us at info@gracearthurcambridge.com
We will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, assist with a carrier investigation.
A tracking update alone does not automatically remove any legal responsibility we may have for the delivery.
Where a parcel was delivered according to specific instructions provided by the customer, such as a selected safe place or nominated neighbour, those instructions may be considered when reviewing the claim.
10. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If you believe your parcel has been lost or arrives visibly damaged, contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the parcel and item where relevant
- Any delivery or tracking information available
Do not dispose of damaged packaging until we have reviewed your request, as photographs or packaging may be required for the carrier investigation.
We will work with you to determine an appropriate solution.
11. Customs and Import Procedures
Some products may be dispatched by international fulfilment partners.
Any unavoidable charges that the customer is required to pay will be disclosed before the order is completed where applicable.
Customers will not be asked to pay undisclosed shipping charges simply because we choose to use an international fulfilment partner.
Orders sent outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs procedures imposed by the destination country. Any applicable information will be displayed or explained before purchase where reasonably possible.
12. Order Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or change an order:
We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled after it has entered processing or been transferred to a fulfilment partner.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to receive it first and follow our Return Policy.
This does not affect any statutory cancellation or return rights available to you.
