Grace & Arthur Cambridge is looking for a talented graphic designer to help create attractive and effective designs that represent our brand across our website, social media and marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Design attractive and user-friendly content for our website, including banners, product images and promotional materials
- Create engaging visuals for social media, email campaigns and online advertisements
- Develop creative concepts that strengthen our brand identity
- Work with our marketing team to turn ideas into effective visual content
- Maintain consistency across all designs and follow our brand guidelines
- Help improve the customer experience through thoughtful, high-quality design
Requirements
- Previous experience as a graphic designer, preferably within fashion, retail or e-commerce
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design software
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual style
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A portfolio demonstrating previous design work

In this role, you will provide friendly, personal advice and help create a welcoming shopping experience for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional style advice
- Help customers choose the right size, fit and style
- Maintain an attractive and organised store presentation
- Support daily store activities, including stock organisation and checkout assistance
- Answer customer questions and provide excellent service in store and by telephone
- Create a welcoming environment where every customer feels valued
Requirements
- Previous retail experience, preferably within fashion
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
- An interest in fashion, styling and current trends
- The ability to understand customer needs and provide personalised advice
- Flexibility to work in a busy retail environment
